Program Overview

The 5-day Train the Trainer program prepares your designated trainers to successfully deliver the IHE Elevates course to your teams. Participants will:

- Gain a deep understanding of the IHE Elevates methodology and curriculum

- Practice facilitating the course modules and receive feedback from expert faculty

- Learn strategies for creating a safe and engaging learning environment

- Develop skills to handle challenging scenarios and group dynamics

- Receive a comprehensive facilitator guide and toolkit

Following the initial training, your internal trainers will have ongoing access to IHE's faculty for support and coaching as they implement the program within your organization.

What is the staff time commitment?

Physicians and allied health leaders complete a five-day training program. Fully trained leaders take the program to their peers in the form of a four-hour RELATIONS® for Transformation workshop. Typically, organizations train up to 25 physicians and 100 allied health caregivers a month.
